It is monitored by our appointed engineer on standby and contact is copied to senior department managers to ensure prompt and helpful response. This standby email address will only receive mail before 7:30 and after 17:00 on weekdays and throughout the day on all weekends and public holidays. This service is exclusively for use by GNS clients with MA Contracts and associated Service Level Agreements.
